ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY LUXBIOLABS ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and they have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable regulatory authority.

02Not for human or veterinary use
Products must not be administered to, ingested by, injected into, applied to, or otherwise used in or on humans or animals under any circumstances. They are not for diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, cosmetic, or household use.
Nothing on this site is an instruction, protocol, or recommendation for use in a living subject.
03No medical claims
LuxBioLabs makes no representation that any product will diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, or that it will produce any particular biological effect. Any reference to a research pathway, mechanism, or category describes published in vitro research context only and is not a claim about the product.
04Purchaser qualifications and responsibilities
By ordering you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a qualified researcher, or are acting under the supervision of one, and are competent to handle research chemicals safely.
- You will use the product exclusively for lawful in vitro research and for no other purpose.
- You will not resell, relabel, repackage, gift, or otherwise transfer the product to any person who has not accepted these same restrictions.
- You are solely responsible for determining the legality of purchasing, importing, possessing, and using the product in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any required licences or approvals.
05Handling, storage, and disposal
Research compounds may be hazardous and their toxicological properties may not be fully characterized. Handle every product as a potentially hazardous substance in a properly equipped laboratory, using appropriate personal protective equipment and institutional safety procedures.
Store product as specified on its label and documentation. Dispose of product and packaging in accordance with all applicable environmental and hazardous-waste regulations.
06Certificates of Analysis
Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis identifying the batch and its tested attributes at the time of testing. A Certificate of Analysis is an analytical record — it is not a warranty of safety, efficacy, stability under your storage conditions, or fitness for any particular protocol.
07Prohibited resale and redistribution
Resale, redistribution, relabelling, or repackaging of any product without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your membership. We reserve the right to report suspected diversion to the appropriate authorities.
08Assumption of risk and indemnity
You assume all risk arising from your possession, handling, storage, and use of any product purchased from LuxBioLabs, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense arising from that use or from your breach of this disclaimer.
Misuse of a research compound may cause serious injury or death and may be a criminal offence.
